These Specialists now look like they’ve been in a warzone, with more facial hair, battle scars, and dirt-plastered faces. With Update 1.2, Specialists have been given “updated Specialist character models to better reflect the intense situations they have experienced.” Specialists overhauled in Battlefield 2042 Update 1.2īattlefield 2042’s world was set to be gritty and wartorn, and players didn’t feel that the Specialists’ style and tone reflected that.
